Several Interesting Series Events in Store in 2013 at Cornwall Motor Speedway

We are less than 1 month away from the start of the 2013 season at Cornwall Motor Speedway and with partnership with several sponsors, drivers will receive numerous prizes and incentives when they will participate in all the series over the summer.

In the Jiffy Auto Services Modified Category, the return of the Canadian Nationals Series with 3 races including two DIRTcar 358-Modified Series included will be a hefty pay for drivers taking part in this series. The champion will be crowned Mr.Canadian Modified and will receive $2,500 along with his title, second place will get $1,000 and third, $500. The always 100% participation bonus is always popular with a 2013 Bicknell Chassis, a VP Fuels barrel, 2 Hoosier tires and 5 envelopes of $100 will be on the line for drivers that will take part in all 3 events. These prices could not happen without the involvement of various sponsors such as Bicknel Racing Products, Trick Race Parts, Guy`s Auto Repair, VP Fuels, MrRadiator, Mister Sew & Sew, Carrière Sablière Dagenais, Jiffy Auto Services, West Front Construction, Total Race Supply, Bert, Hoosier, Bert Transmission and Kirkey Racing Fabrication. A total of $75,000 in money and prizes will be given during the series.

During regular program, drivers from the headline class will run for the Doiron Engineering Heat Championship, as drivers will accumulate heat points throughout the season and the best 3 finishes at the end of the summer will get a total of $1,500 in money with the champion receiving $750. A little incentive for drivers to perform well during their heat race and will also be important towards the Jiffy Auto Services that will honour the top 6 drivers in the point`s title with over $6,050 in prize money awarded.

In the Storm Realty Tracy Wheeler Sportsman Series, drivers that will take part in the expanded Seaway GM Performance Sportsman Series will be eligible in more than $32,000 in prizes and money that includes $2,250 in point`s fund plus the Mr.Canadian DIRT Sportsman title, the 100% participation bonus that includes a GM Crate Engine, 2 Hoosier tires, 1 barrel of VP Fuels and 5 envelopes of $100. Many sponsors are involved such Seaway GM Performance, Olson Fab, Guy`s Auto Repair and VP Race Fuels along with the participation of Brockville, Granby, Drummond, Mohawk et Cornwall. On regular evening at the speedway, drivers will battle for valuable point`s toward the nearly $3,000 point`s fund along with over $3,100 in money in the 20-lap feature races.

The Mohawk Race Parts Pro-Stock Series returns as a touring series for the Alexandria Home Hardware Pro-Stock division. Again 5 dates on the calendar with visits at Granby, RPM, Mohawk and twice at Cornwall with the Mr.Canadian DIRT Pro-Stock title on the line and more than $30,000 in prize and money given toward the series including the 100% participation in which contains a complete Pro-Stock Body, a barrel of VP Fuels, 5 envelopes of $100 and 2 Hoosier tires. The point`s fund will be $2,250 separated between the top 3 drivers. Again many great sponsors are involved including Jones Brown Insurance, Trick Race Parts, VP Fuels, Five Star Race Bodies, Hoosier Tires and Guy`s Auto Repair.

Drivers participating in these series will have a lot of money and prizes on the line that is why we see healthy car counts in every one of them. Nearly $140,000 in money and prize will be awarded throughout the summer 2013 in Ontario, Northern New-York and Quebec.
